Sky Angel will provide a free set-top box to each customer that agrees to purchase and maintain in good standing an applicable subscription service for a minimum of 18 months from the date of the original subscription activation. If the customer fails to make full monthly subscription payments when due, or upon cancellation or other default prior to the end of the 18-month commitment period then a $200.00 early termination fee will automatically be charged to the customer’s credit card or other method of payment on file. Shipping and activation fees may apply. Limit of one Free Set-Top box per household.
The 30-Day Risk-Free Trial is a limited-time offer. Sky Angel will refund the purchase price of the set-top box less any cost to repair the set-top box if purchased by the customer, or waive the full amount of the equipment early termination fee for customers that choose the Free Set-Top Box special offer, less any cost to repair the set-top box as long as the following terms and conditions are met in full: (1) customer must call 1-866-759-2448 to cancel service within 30 days from the date of the subscription activation; and (2) all equipment and accessories must be returned in the original box and shipped to Sky Angel at the customers own expense within 10 days of cancelation; and (3) all equipment must be returned undamaged in good working condition; and (4) the customer is responsible for any damages to the equipment plus any and all subscription and programming fees, including Video On Demand, incurred during the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial period. All shipping and activation fees are non-refundable.
