(2024) This documentary centers on the Irish priest Father Edward Flanagan, who migrated to the United States in the early twentieth century. He served as a Catholic parish priest in Nebraska, where he saw how societal divisions affected children harshly. He founded an orphanage to serve as a home for abandoned children. It also had an educational complex and mostly housed boys. This structure eventually came to be known as Boys Town, the first of its kind.
